PITTSFIELD PUBLIC SCHOOL COMMITTEE has been fined $7,000 by the FCC for a late license renewal application and unauthorized operation of noncommercial WTBR/PITTSFIELD, MA.

In addition, RAY R. SILVA has been fined $1,500 for a late license renewal application for Spanish-language daytimer KMXO-A (EL GRAN MANDAMIENTO)/MERKEL, TX.

And a $1,500 fine against O-N RADIO, INC. for a late license renewal application for Full Service WOON-A/WOONSOCKET, RI has been canceled by the Commission, but the licensee has been admonished for filing a paper application rather than online without demonstrating good cause.
