RCA/NASHVILLE artist MARTINA McBRIDE and WARNER BROS./NASHVILLE’s FAITH HILL performed at the BAPTIST HOSPITAL FOUNDATION’s “Rock The Cradle” fundraiser on TUESDAY (10/26) and raised more than $225,000 to benefit babies born at BAPTIST HOSPITAL’s BEAMAN NEONATAL INTENSIVE CARE UNIT.
The event was held at the LOVELESS BARN in NASHVILLE for a crowd of 450 and included a cocktail reception and dinner, followed by the performances.
Comedian KEVIN KING also performed, along with songwriters TIM NICHOLS and CRAIG WISEMAN. GAC TOP 20 COUNTDOWN host NAN KELLEY served as the emcee.
BERNIE SHERRY, President and CEO at BAPTIST HOSPITAL said: “All of the performers and the event planning committee generously donated their time. FAITH and MARTINA have a personal connection with BAPTIST HOSPITAL. Their involvement in ‘Rock the Cradle’ will be forever lasting because the funds raised will impact the hundreds of babies who are treated in our neonatal intensive care unit every year.”
