In another deal filed with the FCC, CAPTAIN COOK BROADCASTING, INC. is selling Classic Hits KMWB (B93)/CAPTAIN COOK-KAILUA, HI to NEW WEST BROADCASTING CORP. for $450,000. The buyer has operated the station under a time brokerage agreement since AUGUST 2007; the buyer did not exercise its option to buy the station under its 2007 option agreement but negotiated a deal after the fact.
