MB COMMUNICATIONS, INC. is selling Country WFLK (K 101.7)/GENEVA, NY to THE FINGER LAKES RADIO GROUP, INC. for $450,000 in a promissory note, plus a time brokerage agreement before closing.

In another deal filed with the FCC, CAPTAIN COOK BROADCASTING, INC. is selling Classic Hits KMWB (B93)/CAPTAIN COOK-KAILUA, HI to NEW WEST BROADCASTING CORP. for $450,000.  The buyer has operated the station under a time brokerage agreement since AUGUST 2007; the buyer did not exercise its option to buy the station under its 2007 option agreement but negotiated a deal after the fact.

CONNERSVILLE APOSTOLIC LIGHTHOUSE INC. is transferring the construction permit for a new FM at GREENSBURG, IN to HOOSIER PUBLIC RADIO CORP. for no consideration.

CHRISTIAN TRANSLATORS is selling FM translator K281BK/MISSOULA, MT to THE MONTANA RADIO COMPANY, LLC for $1.

NEW LIFE TABERNACLE of HOMER, AK is donating the construction permit for a new FM at KODIAK, AK to ONE MINISTRIES, INC. as a gift.

CONNOISSEUR MEDIA, LLC has requested a Silent STA from the FCC for KZWU/PLEASANTVILLE, IA, citing theft of equipment from the station's transmission site.

CALVARY CHAPEL OF TWIN FALLS, INC. has requested a Silent STA for FM translator K208DO/NAPA, CA due to interference concerns by one listener who complained about problems receiving noncommercial News-Talk KXJZ/SACRAMENTO.

MEADVILLE CHRISTIAN BROADCASTING INC. has requested a Silent STA for FM translator W210AR/COCHRANTON, PA for financial reasons.

And SNOQUALMIE EDUCATIONAL RADIO PROJECT has asked the FCC for an extension of its silent STA for low-power FM KZFX-LP/FALL CITY, WA while the FCC considers a pending application.
