MERCURY/NASHVILLE act SUGARLAND’s JENNIFER NETTLES and KRISTIAN BUSH have reached an out-of-court agreement with their former founding group member, KRISTEN HALL, to settle a lawsuit which KRISTEN filed against the duo in 2008. The case was set for trial TODAY (11/15) in U.S. DISTRICT COURT.
Terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
HALL, who left the group in late 2005, sued JENNIFER and KRISTIAN for more than $1.5 million contending they denied her one-third share of the SUGARLAND partnership.
