DEBUT BROADCASTING reported TUESDAY (11/17) that its third-quarter revenue rose 7% and operating expenses fell 35.7%, leading to net income of $100,326 for the quarter as the company "continues to make progress on its reorganization strategy."
"We are pleased to report continued progress in the third quarter," said CEO RONALD HEINEMAN. "Our restructuring, which began in FEBRUARY, has better aligned the business with the current choppy economic environment ... We are confident that our recent personnel moves will prepare DEBUT for the future. I am also happy to report the acquisition of the radio broadcast station WNBV-FM in GRUNDY, VA, which will add to our top line focus going forward."
