RADIO TRAINING NETWORK, INC. is selling FM translator W244BC/OCALA, FL to GENERATIONS BROADCASTING CORP. for $25,000.  The translator will rebroadcast Talk WOCA-A/OCALA.

In other deals filed with the FCC, ALELUYA CHRISTIAN BROADCASTING, INC. is selling FM translator K272EB/WOODVILLE, TX to JAMES M. LOUT for $5,000.

MOUNTAINEER MEDIA, INC. is selling Religion WOAY-A/OAK HILL, VA to FOOTHILLS BROADCASTING, INC. for $275,000.  Both seller and buyer are headed by THOMAS H. MOFFIT, JR.

The ownership of KUTR-A/TAYLORSVILLE-SALT LAKE CITY, UT is being transferred within the EPPERSON family from JULIE EPPERSON to STUART EPPERSON's TRUTH BROADCASTING CORP. for assumption of obligations, presently about $540,000.

And in closings, JUBILEE FAMILY CHURCH, INC. has closed on the transfer of the construction permit for KBAP/BATESVILLE, AR to TONY V. HAMMACK MINISTRIES for no consideration, and has also closed on the acquisition of low-power FM KCCJ-LP/BATESVILLE, AR from THE LITERACY COUNCIL OF INDEPENDENCE COUNTY INC., also for no consideration.
