ACTIVISION BLIZZARD INC. is being sued for $20 million by GUNS N' ROSES frontman AXL ROSE over the use of "Welcome to the Jungle" in the "Guitar Hero III" video game.
The suit is being filed for ROSE by MILLER BARONDESS LLP, which alleges ACTIVISION "fraudulently induced" ROSE into allowing the company to use the song.
