RED ZEBRA BROADCASTING has inked Sports WTEM-A (ESPN 980)/WASHINGTON afternoon "THE SPORTS REPORTERS" co-host STEVE CZABAN to a new two-year deal. CZABAN has hosted the show with ANDY POLLIN for ten years, and continues to host a national morning show for SPORTING NEWS RADIO, heard on RED ZEBRA sister station Sports WSPZ-A (SPORTSTALK 570 POWERED BY ESPN).
"CZABE is as talented a sports talk personality as there is in the country," said Director of Programming CHUCK SAPIENZA. "Having STEVE with us for the next two years solidifies afternoon drive for the station."
RED ZEBRA Acting CEO RICK CARMEAN added, "STEVE CZABAN is one of the great talents in sports talk radio and in many ways the face of both of our radio stations."
CZABAN said, "WASHINGTON, D.C. is my hometown. Being able to live and work here makes me more excited than TIGER WOODS at a Miss HAWAIIAN TROPIC contest."
