Jill Brunett Promoted To Southwest At UMG Nashville

UNIVERSAL MUSIC GROUP/NASHVILLE (UMGN) and SVP/National Promotion ROYCE RISSER have announced the promotion of JILL BRUNETT to Manager/Southwest Regional Promotion. BRUNETT, formerly Promotions Coordinator, joined the labels in 2007 after a stint at CAPITOL. She replaces ALLEN MITCHELL who exited last month. 

“We have watched JILL grow in her current position for a number of years and it’s become obvious that she’s more than ready for the challenges of regional promotion,” said MERCURY VP/Promotions DAMON MOBERLY “ JILL’s attention to detail and absolute passion for our artists and their music makes this an easy decision for us. ROYCE and I are very much looking forward to watching her produce in the great Southwest.”

UMGN concurrently announces the promotion of CHRIS FABIANI to Promotion Coordinator, reporting directly to ROYCE RISSER. CHRIS joined the company in 2006, becoming Promo Coordinator for MERCURY in 2009.
