Sara Evans Presents Check To Children's Hospital Of Alabama

RCA/NASHVILLE artist SARA EVANS and husband JAY BARKER presented a check for $25,000 to the CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL OF ALABAMA this morning (12/1).

The couple volunteered their time at the REGIONS CHARITY CLASSIC GOLF TOURNAMENT held in MAY, and instead of appearance fees, the couple asked for the funds to be donated to the hospital.

"As parents and members of the BIRMINGHAM community, JAY and I have seen first-hand the difference that CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL makes in the lives of families throughout ALABAMA," Sara said. "We are humbled by the opportunity to play a small role in supporting this outstanding organization."
