The FCC has proposed a $10,000 fine against J.M.J. RADIO for failing to maintain a management and staff presence at the main studio of Religion WQOR-A/OLYPHANT, PA (SCRANTON-WILKES BARRE).
A NOVEMBER 25, 2009 FCC inspection at the station's main studio at ST. JOSEPH OBLATE SEMINARY in PITTSTON, PA found the studio locked and a church employee told the agent that the station is always locked, a comment confirmed by the chief engineer upon his arrival. A later visit found the problem not yet corrected, according to the Commission.
