WQKL Collects 200 Tons Of Food In 'Rockin' For The Hungry' Campaign

CUMULUS Triple A WQKL (ann arbor's 107one)/ANN ARBOR collected its goal of 200 tons of food for the needy in its 'Rockin' for the Hungry' campaign.  The station wrapped up the five-day event, sponsored by KROGER and collecting food for the FOOD GATHERERS program and food bank, on TUESDAY (11/7).

"We're always excited to provide our time and resources to FOOD GATHERERS at Rockin' for the Hungry. They're an outstanding non-profit and we're extremely fortunate to have them in our community," said PD CHRIS AMMEL. "This year's Rockin' couldn't have been a success without unwavering support from our listeners and sponsors. On behalf of the entire ann arbor's 107one team, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
