BONNEWVILLE Country WIL/ST. LOUIS morning host CORNBREAD has virtually "locked" himself in the WIL control room, where he intends to stay on the air continuously until he raises enough funds for a state-of-the-art neo-natal transfer unit for ST. LOUIS CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL.
"No matter what happens, I will not allow anyone into the WIL studios until we’ve achieved our fundraising goal for ST. LOUIS CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL," he declared.
CORNBREAD and WIL are accepting donations online at www.wil92.com or at the radio station’s offices. Already, ST. LOUIS listeners and companies like VINSON MORTGAGE and CHEVY'S FRESH MEX are supporting his "crusade" efforts!
For more information about CORNBREAD’s station takeover and his “kids crusade”, the public may listen to 92.3 WIL FM or visit the radio station’s website.
