SHAMROCK COMMUNICATIONS has upped its WZBA/BALTIMORE-WTTR-A/WESTMINSTER, MD GM JEFFREY LAIRD to VP/COO of the company.
SHAMROCK has also upped TIMES-SHAMROCK COMMUNICATIONS Alternative Division Assistant Group Publisher BOBBY LYNETT, nephew of Pres./CEO BILL LYNETT, to GM of the company's SCRANTON cluster, including Oldies WQFM-WQFN (OLDIES 92 AND 100), Sports WEJL-A-WBAX-A (ESPN 630 AND 1240), and Rock WEZX-WPZX (ROCK 107).
