  Former GREAT SCOTT Active Rock WZBH (93.5 THE BEACH)/GEORGETOWN, DE morning "MATT AND CRANK" co-host MATT WALSH has joined cross-market RESORT BROADCASTING CO. Talk WGMD/REHOBOTH BEACH as evening host.
  WALSH is hosting weeknights 7-11p, replacing ANGEL CLARK and the syndicated "FREE TALK LIVE," which remain on the schedule for weekends.
