Country artist WHITNEY DUNCAN will be a part of the cast of the 23rd season of “Survivor.” DUNCAN will be joined by 15 new cast members and two returning players on the show. “Survivor: South Pacific” will premiere on CBS-TV on SEPTEMBER 14th at 8p (ET).
