One Pirate Fined By FCC, Several Others Put On Notice

PATRICK MICHAEL FORD has been fined $10,000 by the FCC for operating a pirate station on 95.7 FM in FORT MYERS, FL. FORD did not respond to the Notice of Apparent Liability for Forfeiture in the case.
In other unlicensed station actions, the FCC issued notices of unlicensed operation to WILLIE WALTON (1610 AM, SANTA CLARITA, CA); ROBERT MOHAMED (1620 AM, SOUTH RICHMOND HILL, NY); ROBERT DWAINE GRAFFI (103.5 FM, ENTERPRISE, OR); JULIE M. BRADLEY (87.9 FM, SAN FRANCISCO); ALEC P. BENNETT (87.9 FM, SAN FRANCISCO); DAVID A. GARDNER (87.9 FM, SAN FRANCISCO); THOMAS ERIC NIEDERREUTHER (87.9 FM, SAN FRANCISCO); NATHAN HALL (94.1 FM, AURORA, CO); and JACK THOMPSON (94.5 FM, BARBERTON, OH).
