Dave Hill Adds WBAL PD Duties, Merrie Street Tapped As News Director

HEARST Talk WBAL-A/BALTIMORE has named market veteran MERRIE STREET as News Director, reports the BALTIMORE SUN's DAVID ZURAWIK.  STREET, a former News Director and anchor at crosstown Country WPOC and News Director, Public Affairs Director, and morning anchor at AC WLIF, replaces MARK MILLER, who exited the station last month.

The station has also added WBAL PD duties for sister Rock WIYY (98 ROCK) PD DAVE HILL.
