ALL ACCESS sends out big congrats to SAGA Country WPOR/PORTLAND PD/afternoon personality MATTY JEFF, on the engagement to his girl STACY DUSSAULT.

MATTY popped the question yesterday (8/22), to the lovely STACY, an elementary school teacher. And today (8/23), also happens to be the 7th anniversary, to the day, of their very first date. MATTY tells ALL ACCESS that they couple plans to tie the knot next summer.
