QANTUM COMMUNICATIONS Country WEGX/FLORENCE, SC PD/morning man RANDY “MUDFLAP” WILCOX will move to afternoons after eight years on the morning show, effective TODAY (9/6). Afternoon host ED PALMER will move to mornings for the new “ED & TESSA In the Morning” show. TESSA has been with the morning show since AUGUST 2010.
