MOUNTAIN COMMUNITY TRANSLATORS, LLC is selling FM translator K228EZ/FORT COLLINS, CO to FIRESIDE EDUCATIONAL GROUP for $40,000.
In other filings with the FCC, RADIO ASSIST MINISTRY, INC. is selling FM translator K300BM/NORTH PLATTE, NE to COMMUNITY BROADCASTING, INC. for $20,000.
WREN COMMUNICATIONS, INC. is selling silent noncommercial KUSZ/RED FEATHER LAKES, CO to 3G LEARNING SOLUTIONS for $10,000.
And WFCR FOUNDATION, INC. has applied to the FCC for a Silent STA for noncommercial WNNZ-F/DEERFIELD, MA. The station was knocked off the air by Hurricane IRENE, which damaged a DSL circuit that was subsequently terminated by VERIZON a few days later. Replacement is expected TODAY (9/8), and the station will return as soon as that work is completed.
