NAB/RAB Responds To Union Workers Strike At Radio Show Hotel

For those of you heading to the 2011 RADIO SHOW this week in CHICAGO, the NAB and RAB have been monitoring a strike at the HYATT REGENCY CHICAGO.
"NAB and RAB are working closely with the HYATT REGENCY CHICAGO to minimize any disruptions should the issue not be resolved by the time THE RADIO SHOW begins next week. HYATT management has provided assurances that contingency plans are in place should the hotel require alternative staffing. We're confident this year's RADIO SHOW will be a first-class event and a great success."
The 2011 RADIO SHOW, produced by the RADIO ADVERTISING BUREAU (RAB) and the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF BROADCASTERS (NAB), will be held SEPTEMBER 14th-16th in CHICAGO. "This year's show brings radio broadcasters and industry colleagues together to share knowledge, discover the latest innovations, network with industry leaders and explore creative business strategies to help radio flourish in the digital age," writes NAB/RAB.
