SINCLAIR Alternative WROX (96X)/NORFOLK APD/MD JAMES STEELE is upped to PD replacing JAY MICHAELS, who returns to CLEAR CHANNEL/DALLAS as PD/middays at Hot AC KDMX (MIX 102.9).
