WORLD RADIO LINK, INC. is selling AC KXRV (107.5 THE RIVER)/CANNON BALL-BISMARCK, ND to BOB DENVER's RADIO BISMARCK MANDAN, LLC for $625,000, subject to adjustment for closing based on option payments and closing dates. DENVER took the station over in AUGUST under an LMA with option to buy (NET NEWS 8/29).
In other filings with the FCC, TEXAS GULFWEST COMMUNICATIONS CORPORATION is selling Classic Country KLGD (K106.9)/STAMFORD-ABILENE, TX to VANCE COMMUNICATIONS, LLC for $375,000 plus a time brokerage agreement before closing.
VSS CATHOLIC COMMUNICATIONS, INC. is selling FM translator K252EG/NORFOLK, NE to AGNUS DEI COMMUNICATIONS, INC. for $12.640.
And RADIO SOL 92, WZOL, INC. has requested a Silent STA for WZOL/VIEQUES, PR due to loss of its site in the CULEBRA NATIONAL WILDLIFE REFUGE and rejection of its STA request by the FCC, and the inability to build a new facility based on a frequency change because ARSO RADIO CORP. Tropical WPRM (98.5 SALSOUL)/SAN JUAN has yet to switch frequencies first.
Also, REVITALIZATION PARTNERS, LLC, the general receiver for NEW NORTHWEST BROADCASTERS, has closed on the sale of a five-station cluster in FAIRBANKS, AK -- Sports KCBF-A, Talk KFAR-A, Adult Hits KTDZ (TED FM 103.9), Top 40 KWLF (WOLF 98.1), and Rock KXLR (95.9 X-ROCK) -- to ROBERT J. INGSTAD 's LAST FRONTIER MEDIACTIVE, LLC for $2.085 million. KALIL AND CO. served as broker for the deal.
