Diamond Jim Sears Passes

All of us at ALL ACCESS were saddened to learn of the passing of industry veteran JIM SEARS. JIM SEARS , known to his many industry friends as “DIAMOND JIM SEARS,” was originally from BALTIMORE and worked both as an account executive and air talent for stations WSID and WEBB in BALTIMORE. He later moved to MIAMI and became an independent record executive and consultant. 

SEARS’ memorial services include a viewing THURSDAY, OCTOBER 20th at the ROYAL FUNERAL HOME 17475 NW 27th Avenue in MIAMI GARDENS, FL. From 4-9p.  The funeral will be at 11a FRIDAY, OCTOBER 21st at the FIRST BAPTIST MISSIONARY CHURCH of BROWNSVILLE, 4600 NW 23rd Avenue in MIAMI. Following the services, there will be a “Life Celebration of DIAMOND JIM SEARS”  at the American Legion Post 6445 NE 7th Avenue, MIAMI FL. 

Our condolences go out to his family and many friends. SEARS was 83.
