LOUISIANA radio station owner HOWARD CASTAY faces an incumbent SATURDAY (10/22) in an election for LOUISIANA House District 51, reports the HOUMA COURIER.

CASTAY, who owns Urban AC simulcast KBZE and KFRA-A (105.9 THE BREEZE)/MORGAN CITY, LA, is taking on incumbent Rep. JOE HARRISON (R-LABADIEVILLE) for the seat, which represents cities in ST. MARY, TERREBONNE, ASSUMPTION and LAFOURCHE PARISHES.
