Z100's Jingle Ball Rings Up All-Star Lineup

CLEAR CHANNEL Top 40/Mainstream, WHTZ (Z100)/NEW YORK has unveiled the lineup and special guest presenters for its JINGLE BALL 2011 holiday concert, which will take place on FRIDAY, DEC. 9th at MADISON SQUARE GARDEN.  MAYOR BLOOMBERG has issued a special proclamation officially declaring DECEMBER 9th Z100’s Jingle Ball Day in NEW YORK CITY.

Among those performing are: LADY GAGA, PITBULL, KELLY CLARKSON, DEMI LOVATO, DAVID GUETTA, LMFAO, FOSTER THE PEOPLE, GYM CLASS HEROES and HOT CHELLE RAE. Special guest hosts will include: KIM KARDASHIAN, KHLOÉ KARDASHIAN ODOM, LAMAR ODOM and KARMIN, with more to be announced.

"There's nothing more exciting than the reaction we see from people when they hear those three magic words: ‘Z100's. Jingle. Ball!’" Z100 PD SHARON DASTUR said. "Every year it's the must-see music event of the season, and people will do anything to get their hands on tickets. It’s the perfect way to end the year: getting together with 18,000 of your closest friends and celebrating the year in music."

For the second year in a row, Z100’s JINGLE BALL will host a nationwide search for the next big musical act called Z100’s Hometown Hero.  Music artists and bands alike can sign up and compete on Eventful’s "Demand it!" service, which empowers their fans to “Demand” that they win the chance to perform live on stage at Z100 and Coca-Cola’s All Access Lounge, the official pre-event to Z100’s JINGLE BALL and have their first official music video produced by Z100.

It wasn't too long ago that artists like LADY GAGA and JUSTIN BIEBER were performing at Z100's All Access Lounge," said DARREN PFEFFER, Dir./Marketing for CLEAR CHANNEL RADIO NEW YORK. "With Z100's Hometown Hero, we're able to give our community a say in who gets to take the stage at this star-making event."

Z100’s JINGLE BALL 2011 will air on FUSE exclusively on DEC. 18th at 7p ET. "Z100’s JINGLE BALL has shared the biggest and brightest artists with audiences at MADISON SQUARE GARDEN since the first show in 1996,” MSG MEDIA Pres. MIKE BAIR said.
