CBS INTERACTIVE MUSIC GROUP’s leading concert webcast series, LIVE ON LETTERMAN, will feature indie rockers FOSTER THE PEOPLE in a live webcast concert from the ED SULLIVAN THEATER in NEW YORK CITY, WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 26th at 9p (ET).
FOSTER THE PEOPLE will perform hits from their release Torches, including their double-Platinum smash, "Pumped Up Kicks." The band's second hit single, "Helena Beat," is currently sitting in the Top 10 on the MEDIABASE Alternative chart.
In addition to the band’s critical and commercial success, FOSTER THE PEOPLE is VH1’s most recent "YOU OUGHTA KNOW" artist, was nominated for two MTV VIDEO MUSIC AWARDS (Best New Artist and Best Rock Video for "Pumped Up Kicks"), and is a current nominee for the 2011 AMERICAN MUSIC AWARDS’ Sprint New Artist of the Year category.

FOSTER THE PEOPLE’s LIVE ON LETTERMAN webcast will follow the taping of their performance on the LATE SHOW WITH DAVID LETTERMAN, which will be broadcast the following night, THURSDAY, OCTOBER 27th on CBS-TV.
