ALC COMMUNICATIONS Oldies outlet KMJY/SPOKANE has just been sold, for an undisclosed price, to PROACTIVE COMMUNICATIONS, whose principals include NEW WORLD COMMUNICATIONS President JERRY CLIFTON, industry veteran BARRY RICHARDS, and former WRDW/PHILADELPIA VP/GM DAVE DONAHUE.
PROACTIVE takes over today and a format change is in the works.
