Former JIM INGSTAD BROADCASTING Country KBVB/FARGO, ND MD/afternooner STEVE BAKKEN has taken on PD/morning show duties at CLEAR CHANNEL Country KQDY/BISMARCK, ND. BAKKEN will handle also handle afternoons on sister News Talk KFYR.
