Political advertising is always welcome at radio, and THE BOSTON GLOBE reports, "TEXAS Governor RICK PERRY is building up his media campaign, launching his first radio ad in NEW HAMPSHIRE just a day after he announced his first TV ad. The minute-long radio ad, which will also air in IOWA, quotes words of praise for PERRY's tax reform plan from conservative voices including RUSH LIMBAUGH, the Club for Growth and THE WALL STREET JOURNAL."
In the ad, PERRY states, "We're not going to fix things by tinkering around the edges. We need a complete overhaul of our tax system and government if we’re going to create jobs."
PERRY also touches on his proposed 20%t flat tax, noting it "is so simple you can file it on a postcard."
PERRY spokesman RAY SULLIVAN told THE GLOBE that the ad "underscores Governor PERRY's bold proposals and unwavering conservative leadership, which position him as the only candidate in this race with the experience and vision that will revitalize our economy and get Americans working again."
