BAHAKEL COMMUNICATIONS' KXEL BROADCASTING COMPANY is selling four stations in the WATERLOO, IA market -- Talk KXEL-A, Active Rock KFMW (ROCK 108), Classic Hits KOKZ (COOL 105.7), and Oldies KWLO-A (OLDIES 1330) -- to WOODWARD COMMUNICATIONS, INC. for $3.5 million.
In other filings with the FCC, JAVIER OROSCO has sold his 33.33% share of JAB BROADCASTING, LLC, licensee of Spanish Hits KBQF (LA LIGERA 104.3)/MCFARLAND, CA, to partners SARA VENEGAS and ELIZABETH PLASCENCIA for $390,000 ($100,000 cash, the remainder in a promissory note).
