Congratulations to CLEAR CHANNEL Top 40 WKSS (KISS 95.7)/HARTFORD night dude PROLIFIK on his engagement to SARA ARROYO -- which he did on HALLOWEEN.
"I popped the question... she thought I was working, but STAN 'THE MAN' PRIEST gave me the night off so I could surprise her as a trick or treater," said ROLIFIK.
