BACKYARD BROADCASTING is selling Adult Hits WWJK (94.7 JACK FM)/JACKSON, MS and Active Rock WRXW (ROCK 93.9)/PEARL-JACKSON, MS to EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION for $2 million ($657,000 cash, $1.325 million in a promissory note).
