The paperwork for COX MEDIA GROUP's sale of Talk simulcast WSTC-A/STAMFORD and WNLK-A/NORWALK to SACRED HEART UNIVERSITY shows a price of $500,000 for the pair. The price for the previously-announced deal had been undisclosed before the filing. SACRED HEART took over the stations in an LMA on NOVEMBER 7th, converting them to noncommercial status.
In other filings with the FCC, EDGEWATER BROADCASTING, INC. is selling FM translator W279BY/AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY, GA to ROBERT L. HUNNICUTT for $35,000. The buyer plans to simulcast Gospel WKZK-A on the translator.
BRAHMIN BROADCASTING CORPORATION is selling Sports KRAE-A/CHEYENNE, WY to VIC MICHAEL's KONA COAST RADIO, LLC for two parcels of real estate.
