HURLEY'S ENTERTAINMENT Country ZFKY (ROOSTER 101)/GRAND CAYMAN, KY brings in DEE KELLY to be MD and do afternoon drive. Previously, KELLY did weekends/swing at Country KUBB/MERCED, CA. She starts DEC 1st.
