LARRY FUSS' DELTA RADIO, LLC is selling Oldies WROX-A and W289AP/CLARKSDALE, MS to LL JAMES MEDIA, LLC for $150,000 ($125,000 in a promissory note).
In other filings with the FCC, RADIO ASSIST MINISTRY, INC. is selling FM translator K224CT/PINE BLUFF, AR to GRANT MERRILL's SALINE RIVER MEDIA, LLC for $28,000.

(WAYNE) DOWDY's NORTH SHORE BROADCASTING CO., INC. has applied for debtor-in-possession status for operation of three LOUISIANA stations and for the dissolution of SOUTHWEST BROADCASTING, INC., licensee of eight stations in LOUISIANA and MISSISSIPPI, and BROOKHAVEN BROADCASTING, INC., licensee of two MISSISSIPPI stations, and assignment of the licenses to himself as debtor-in-possession. DOWDY and the companies filed for Chapter 11 voluntary bankruptcy on SEPTEMBER 22nd.
