CUMULUS Country WKDF/NASHVILLE, along with sister Sports WGFX (104.5 THE ZONE), are building a “Toy Field” at LP FIELD in NASHVILLE to benefit the SALVATION ARMY’s FORGOTTEN ANGEL PROGRAM. The fundraiser begins TOMORROW (12/7) at 6a (CT) and goes through 7p (CT), with a live broadcast taking place all day.
This holiday, the SALVATION ARMS took applications for 17,000 “angels” – less fortunate children and elderly. Several hundreds of those “angels” were not adopted. To ensure each child has a special CHRISTMAS, the FORGOTTEN ANGEL SHOP will provide gifts.
Gifts may be dropped off at LP FIELD, Gates 1 and 2, next to PRO SHOP, Lot C. For more information on the events and how you can help, visit www.103wkdf.com/.
