The substitution or omission of the # sign is because of technical restrictions. #willpower is the upcoming, fourth studio album by American rapper will.i.am, known for his work with The Black Eyed Peas. The album was confirmed for release on September 24, 2012 by HMV.
"T.H.E. (The Hardest Ever)" was released as the lead single from the album. The track features Jennifer Lopez and Mick Jagger. The single was released on November 20, 2011 in the United States and on February 5, 2012 in the United Kingdom . The song peaked at #36 on the US Billboard Hot 100 and at #3 on the UK Singles Chart respectively. It is rumoured that T.H.E will not appear on #willpower.
will.i.am spreads love in the club on his latest single "This Is Love." The electro-hop record was produced by Swedish House Mafia's Steve Angello and features Dutch singer-songwriter Eva Simons.The song premiered in the UK on Capital FM and BBC Radio 1 on May 14th. It was later confirmed that the single will be released in the UK on June 24th. It was also officially released in the U.S., officially impacting U.S. Top 40/Mainstream radio on June 19th.
The album is expected to feature collaborations with Alicia Keys, Britney Spears, and Busta Rhymes among many others. The Black Eyed Peas front man is currently serving as a judge on the U.K. version of "The Voice."
