Dawes

Dawes – brothers Taylor and Griffin Goldsmith, along with Wylie Gelber and Lee Pardini -- returns with their sixth studio album, Passwords, and they again deliver thoughtful, intelligent songs that address the current state of the world.

The new album was produced by Jonathan Wilson and features several great songs including “Living in the Future,” “Crack The Case,” “Stay Down,” “Feed The Fire,” “Never Gonna Say Goodbye” and “Mistakes We Should Have Made.”

Taylor Goldsmith said, “Many of these songs are an attempt to come to terms with the modern world, while always trying to consider both sides of the story.”

The New York Times ran a feature on Dawes upon the album’s release.  The band recently appeared on CBS “This Morning Saturday.”  Dawes have confirmed an extensive 30-date North American tour.  Additionally, Dawes confirmed that they will join Jeff Lynne’s Electric Light Orchestra on their first North American tour in over 30 years.
