Lord Huron
May 26, 2021

Lord Huron -- Ben Schneider (guitar, vocals), Tom Renaud (guitar, vocals), Mark Barry (drums, vocals) and Miguel Briseño (bass, keys, percussion) – have just released their fourth full-length album, Long Lost. It was recorded in the band’s studio/clubhouse called Whispering Pines.
With Long Lost, we find the band’s folksy Americana sound still intact, but the new album is a slightly slower, deeper collection of tracks than Lord Huron’s previous releases. The project contains 16 tracks: in addition to the No.1 Triple A song “Not Dead Yet,” other standouts include “Mine Forever,” “I Lied,” “Twenty Long Years,” “Love Me Like You Used To” and the title track.
Schneider recently told The Rodeo about his songwriting, “By creating a fiction around a truthful emotion, you can kind of make it easier to digest and get out more of the truth of it, in a strange way. We wanted this album to sound familiar and nostalgic in a way you can’t quite define.”
Lord Huron recently appeared on “The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon” and “CBS: This Morning: Saturday.” The band hits the road in the fall with Allison Ponthier:
