The Worst Music Video Of 2012
This needs to go on your FB page stat! as they used to say on "Emergency" http://www.crazyshit.com/cnt/medias/35950-this-music-video-sucks
About the time that Marconi was messing around with cathodes, radio stations began having highschool cheerleaders come in and guest on the night show. And it killed.
103.3 AMP-FM in Boston is taking it to the next level. Since they don't have any DJ's, they're having squads come in and host the night show. Four hours. Start to finish. This will be huge. In a business where we're fishing for meters, a feature that will have most of a 3000 student school tuned in, is going to snag one or two eventually. http://1033ampradio.cbslocal.com/high-school-takeover
Yea! We're Going On A Fieldtrip!
"Fieldtrip". The word envisions memories of schoolwork left untouched as we boarded the bus to go somewhere, anywhere, that allowed us to journey away from the classroom on a vague promise of an educational experience. I mean, seriously, who DIDN'T like fieldtrips?
What if you use the term for an at-work promotion that sends offices of listeners out for a day of fun? A theme park? A casino? The beach? Bowling? Who cares? All that matters is that they're away from the office. Much like us getting to leave school for three hours. Who cares where we went as long as we went somewhere. (Spoken like a true Radio Professional.)
