2012! What? 2012?
Yes! Have you begun thinking about 2012 yet? Sure, some of you are starting the internal budget process, but many larger advertisers are setting budgets now
We've talked often in this column about "taking money off the table before it's availed" and "getting your unfair share," but now is the time to contact those key advertisers and set a meeting to discuss 2012.
Find out their goals, budget changes, priorities, event associations, etc. You know the drill.
I'm just suggesting you start a littler earlier and make sure you've got your money and perhaps a little more!
