Following up on yesterday’s column regarding a sales training curriculum to recruit new sellers, I wanted to give you some specifics.
- 2 week program
- 12 pre-qualified trainees paid a stipend for possible hire after the course
- Comprehensive curriculum over 2 weeks, 8 hours a day to cover all presented by various staff members and guests:
- Sales techniques
- Agency activity (presented by the head of a local agency)
- Programming (hosted by the PD)
