When was the last time you looked at your commercial log?
Take 20 minutes with your Traffic Director and walk through a day. Examine it and ask questions. I did it the other day and found a fixed position spot campaign that I was involved in pitching had double the amount of spots sold in morning drive.
This, at a time when we were sold out ... OUCH!
Talk with your PD about where your stopsets are placed and ask why.
With the popularity of shorter message units, are your breaks stacked with 3 :10s on top of your normal :60's load in one break, and one :10 in the other creating many more UNITS in some breaks than others.
It's time well spent. Do it today.
