Send a note out to your Sales Manager and AEs and ask to see a copy of every presentation that went out in January.
Observe the reaction to that first … fear or excitement. Check for how many actually went out or were presented. Then, how good are they?
Do your sellers have the latest positioning of the station or are they using an old media kit template?
How customized is it? We have the ability now that no presentation should look the same.
Are there good ideas in there customized for the prospect?
