Puttin' a ring on it:
Australian pop diva KYLIE MINOGUE and JOSHUA SASSE, the star of ABC's "Galavant." He's 28; she's 47 (that's right --20 years older!!!). Kylie rolled out the news in a newspaper announcement; they fun couple met when she did a guest spot on "Galavant." She's previously had a string of celebrity boyfriends including late INXS frontman MICHAEL HUTCHENCE and French actor OLIVIER MARTINEZ, who later went on to marry HALLE BERRY.
Filling a need:
JIMMY BUFFETT fans will soon have another way to celebrate his 1977 hit tune "Margaritaville" --without going to a restaurant, hotel or casino.
Variety reports Jimmy's company is doing a "Margaritaville" mobile game for you phone or tablet.
The app will be available starting this summer, released around Comic-Con International in July, and will let Buffett fans find their lost shakers of salt and explore other Margaritaville-themed experiences in "a virtual paradise." You get the idea.
No word on whether being over-served will get you ejected from the game.Fashion Emergency:
It ain't easy looking like LADY GAGA and the Mother Monster has revealed one of her signature beauty tips to Vogue magazine. The pop tart says she bleaches her eyebrows every single day so she can draw them any way she wants.
Meanwhile, don't expect her to follow in the footsteps of GWEN STEFANI, KANYE WEST and other singers who start their own clothing company --Gaga has a "real respect" for fashion designers and will never launch her own line. (Lee)Grace notes from Vinny Marino:
A lock of JOHN LENNON's hair, snipped off his head in 1966 just sold at an auction on Saturday in Dallas. Heritage Auctions says the 4-inch lock went for $35-thousand-dollars and was sold to a collector from the UK. John got the haircut for his role as Musketeer Gripweed in the 1967 comedy, "How I Won The War," directed by RICHARD LESTER who also did the first two BEATLES movies. The German hairdresser who gave John the very short military-style cut held on to that lock for all of these years. (Marino)
Taking everything much too seriously:
This guy in England must really love bacon double cheeseburgers. Why? Because he legally changed his name to, you guessed it, BACON DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER.
When asked why he chose that name, the 33-year-old man formerly known as SIMON SMITH said, "Bacon Double Cheeseburger was the first name I came up with." And, while Bacon might be completely satisfied with his new moniker, his fiancée ISABELLA is not. She says she refuses to ever be known as MRS. DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER. (Still) -
