One of my favorite "For Better or for Worse" cartoons shows the mom frolicking in her back yard, smiling and carefree while wearing her ‘first shorts of the season.' That's whats happening. Winter wear is getting pushed to the back of the closet and capri's, shorts, and all lightweight clothing is back in style. Vein removal commercials are saturating the airwaves, and lady razors and shaving creams are on sale. I bought my first sunscreen of the season as the screen leftover from last year has lost some of its potency. She does need to purchase fresh sunscreen every new season, she might not know this or the fact that once sunscreen gets too hot, like if it's left in the sun or in a hot car, it's just not as effective. I can't afford to get a bad sunburn and neither can "she," so a pleasant reminder from her favorite personality could really endear yourself to her.
Right Now She Could be
Purchasing Tickets to The Hunger Games
Trying to eat a balanced meal
Trying on last years bathing suit
Cleaning out her car
Wiping off her dusty dashboard
"What is the deal with reading labels and sugar alcohol "
She Could be a
Day Camp Coordinator
She could be working at a
Pool Snack Bar
She Phone Starter
Was she supposed to have a different name?
If she could change her name would she?
She's stumped in the produce aisle. Should she purchase bagged salad or a head of lettuce? Clearly the bagged salad is more expensive, but is it worth it? Here's the deal: a fresh head of lettuce keeps its flavor longer and costs about half as much as bagged salad. Bagged salad usually lasts longer if kept properly in its bag. Most have been sprayed with a risk-free gas that helps extend its freshness. Regardless of pre-washing (in a chlorine solution), it should still be washed before eating.
