I'm a softy when the neighborhood kids come to my door selling stuff to fund their latest activity; band uniforms, missions trip, athletic equipment. I know it's a delicate matter when asking someone to buy something, especially when there is a neighborhood full of kids selling stuff. The last time the big yellow school bus stopped in front of my house to let kids off I counted 12 students and that's just some of the middle schoolers in my area. I've always appreciated it when someone would purchase a product my kids were selling, so I try to reciprocate. These last few weeks I've been given many options to fund many projects and anxiously await the delivery on these purchases: chocolate covered pretzels, wrapping paper, tooth brushes, Christmas Ornaments, a pizza making kit, and some candles. Too bad they aren't selling door to door pedicures and facials.
