Farmers markets have more than just fresh vegetables. They have booths filled with people and all their creations; buffalo sausage, goat's milk ice cream, cookies, dandelion wine, candy, cheese; last week there was a cotton candy machine with a magician spinning crystal clear sugary birds nests.
